[openrisc] Simulator as a debuger

Hi All,
When I use the simulator to debug my program,
Is there a shortcut to set a breakpoint at entry to  symbol without knowing
its actual address?
I use the objdump to find an address of a symbol in order to use the sim 
break  command ,
Is there more  simple way?
