[video] JPEG/MPEG core


Hi guys,

I updated the webpage (common section) and uploaded a number of useful cores;

-FDCT, IDCT; parallel hardware implementation. 130million blocks (8x8) per sec 
in a Virtex-E
- QNR. JPEG/MPEG entropy encoder
- RLE; JPEG/MPEG Run-Length-Encoder
- YCrCb to RGB color space converter
- RGB to YCrCb color space converter
