Is it possible to develop a small device for testing all of OpenRISC function? The device should display: "Good or Defective" after the test.

RAM / memory is becoming a commodity, because RAM from various manufacturers / countries have the same function / specification. There is a "Future Delivery" market on RAM chips. I hope OpenRISC CPU will become a commodity / common item that can be traded on "Future market". 

There is a project for creating Cell Phone from paper based circuit.
With further research and development it will be possible to create VLSI & LSI using paper. Is it possible to create OpenRISC using such technology?

If someone finance the initial samples of OpenRISC, what is the requirement? (Small quantity, using MOSIS, CMC, IDEC, CIC etc)
