Port of Sun TIRPC99 library (Solaris 2.8).

3 parts:

1. libtli. TLI emulation. It is independant of TIRPC and can be used
   separately. Untar, cd, make. The result is libtli.so.1 and tisock.so,
   which should be installed to /usr/lib or /lib.

2. tirpc99. Main part. [This tar and rpm are removed from this ftp directory.
   Please, mail to kuznet@ms2.inr.ac.ru to get the pointer, you need to obtain
   copy of tirpcsrc_99.tar.Z from www.sun.com before this]
   Untar, edit Makefile.master to set right SRC
   and PROTO paths.

   make sgs
   make libs
   make cmds

   For installation look into tirpc99.spec. It can be used to prepare
   rpm after some editing to remove installation tools (yp server).

3. netsel_methods. Resolver backends. Untar, make, install to /usr/lib or /lib.

You may look into tirpc99-2.8-19.i386.rpm for complete precompiled
installation, as it works here. Even if you will not want use it directly,
you can get necessary config files from it.
