Hi! Lots of new stuff will happen to this FTP structure so hang on ;)

When you upload stuff, please include a README file. It makes it easier to
place it correctly on the ftp and it is easier for people to find out what
the upload is.

Make a README file like this:
	
	uploaded_thing.README	ex. CivWorld.README

The readme file could contain:

	Your name
	e-mail
	website
	description
