vitis replace <-v|-f> <path_to_file> <path_to_file_to_be_replaced> [flags]
    The contents of a file in the mounted Vitis filesystem are replaced
    with the contents of the specified file. With "-v", the file is specified
    by its Vitis path; with "-f", it can be specified by any filesystem path.

    Additional flags:

    --update-canon-name | -U
        Updates the canonical name of the file according to the file
        specified as the replacement.

    --update-all-names | -A
        The new name is assigned to all hard links
        to this file in all categories;
        the canonical name is also updated.

    Example:
        vitis replace -f ~/doc_v1.2.pdf Documents/doc_v1.1.pdf -A
            The contents of the "doc_v1.2.pdf" file from the "Documents"
            category will be replaced with the "~/doc_v1.2.pdf" file.
            The names of all hard links will be changed to "doc_v1.2.pdf".
