I'm recompiling the kernel as I type this, it should be ready and
uploaded soon.
I also remembered that I have seen a patch for 2.0.X kernels laying
around that added a new apm bugfix to the kernel, something like
enable interups at resume from suspend, and that _might be the
cure, will search for it.
