This maybe true if Mr. Stutz is installing from Linux, but I think
it is installing from NT.
The problem is that: the Installation Disk has no fdformat in it.
It found its fdformat in the same directory where package is unpacked.
Please, Tom: check if you can see the fdformat in this directory,
how normally happens.
