Anycase, "Bus Error" sounds a very *inner* kind of errors: floppy
controller?
Try to create this addons from muLinux itself.
# -- put a blank disk in the drive --
# fdformat /dev/fd0H1722
# -- locate the IDE disk with X11.tgz archive --
# mount /dev/hdaX /mnt
# cd /mnt/mulinux
# cat X11.tgz > /dev/fd0H1722
If you want, test X11 integrity:
# cat X11.tgz | bzip2 -st
