muLinux support NFS root: the floppy can be permanently configured
for this purpose.
Anycase, I read the relevant HOWTO about DHCP: no problems. Only dhcpcd
binary is required (24k). My first test report success, with this client
on my rustic LAN.
I have modified eth setup to include both "manual" and "dhcpcd"
configuration. A new script (/usr/bin/ethconfig) is added. This script
can detect if called "by hand" or by dhcpd ( with:
dhcpd -c /usr/bin/ethconfig )
dhcpd BOOTP capabilities is yet not clear, for me: I'm pondering.
Ciao!
Michele
