Yes. From a working muLinux, locate the file and do:
# cat X11.tgz | bzip2 -t
This test file integrity.
Format the floppy manually:
fdformat /dev/fd0H1722
and copy on them the image:
cat X11.tgz > /dev/fd0H1722
Finally, "setup -f X11".
