[oc] Video Controllers ( SVGA )

I'm developing a core for SVGA controller that comply with VESA BIOS v3.0
and VESA BIOS v2.0. But the specification for v3.0 of VESA is not
available for public. Does anyone can tell me where I can find the
specification ?
