NAME Dpchrist::Term - terminal I/O routines DESCRIPTION This documentation describes module revision $Revision: 1.20 $. This is alpha test level software and may change or disappear at any time. SUBROUTINES dot() dot Prints a dot (period) at most once per second. Accepts/ consumes no arguments. Returns void. echo_system echo_system LIST Prints newline, dollar sign, space, LIST items seperated by spaces, and newline to STDOUT, and then passes through call to system(). prompt prompt EXPR,LIST Prints EXPR, and LIST in parenthesis, to STDOUT, and waits for user input on STDIN. Returns whatever the user input, or first LIST item if the user presses < Enter >. Returns first LIST item if process is not connected to a tty. EXPORT None by default.
