STOolS is a collection of useful space-related utilities and libraries (orbital mechanics, time management, etc) plus an integrated graphical environment.
The STOOLS time library. This library implement a st_date_t abstract data type, with support for UTC<->AIT conversion. It has support for MJD 2000 and GPS time.
The STOOLS sp3 library. This library implement readers and writers for the Standard Product #3 format.
